Ingredients

1 egg

2 scoops vanilla whey isolate protein powder

1 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs honey

 

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into large mug.
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Place into microwave for 3 minutes
  4. Let cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy
