No Sugar Added Cookie Butter

One of my favorite things is cookie butter. So I wanted to find out, can we make it  little bit more ‘better for you?’

It took a little research and expirementing, but I was able to come up with this delicious recipe!



Ingredients:

4 packets Choc Zero Speculoos
2 tbs plus extra melted butter
2 tbs plus extra unsweetened almond milk
1.5 tbs granulated stevia sweetener
Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

1.  Empty speculoos into a bowl and grind into fine crumbs
2.add in stevia and cinnamon. Mix.
3. Add in 2 tbs melted butter and 2tbs almond milk. Mix well.
4. Keep alternating between butter and almond milk until desired consistency is achieved
