These pods were so delicious and honestly a godsend. Not only do they help me stay on track for choosing better for you options in keto when possible, they just are overall great quality for for dollar. This coffee pod is caramel macchiato flavored, contains grass-fed butter and Himalayan salt. For those that are extra curious or inquiring it contains medium chain triglycerides.
For an alternative to your morning Starbucks or other coffee runs I recommend getting this keto coffee and a really fancy cup. worth the money.
